  • Portland, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Tigard. I love that each of these areas has their own unique ‘neighborhood downtowns’ with tons of great restaurants, local shops and farmers markets. Accessibility to the outdoors—trails, bike paths and parks can be found in all of these areas.

  • Every client has a unique situation and my solution-orientated approach provides options so they can pick and choose a route that works best for them and their specific needs. I also work with incredible mortgage brokers who can often provide creative financing solutions for smooth transitions.

  • I provide my buyer clients with straight-forward information that’s digestible and practical, so they are prepared for any market conditions. My clients can sit back while I do the heavy negotiations on their behalf.

  • I take a no-pressure approach with my clients and rather inform them given their specific needs and situation coupled with the current market conditions. I believe people are quite capable of making the best decision for themselves when given information with the full, exposed picture. Sometimes it’s not the best time for someone to buy or sell and we’ll get to the bottom of it together and put a plan in place for whatever direction they want to go.

  • This is very unique from home to home and client to client. It all depends on the entire home’s condition, what updates have been made, location of the home, maximum value, disposable funds and so much more. At the bare minimum I have found the best bang for the buck is fresh paint, spruced up landscaping, and a sparkling clean home throughout.
